Nothing to like I suggest it's better not to join such working environment. If you believe in your capability & if you are ready to work hard/smart with honesty then you can get a job anywhere.

I had a worst experience in TMF, I have worked there only for few months. It's so toxic that I couldn't continue. They will make their employees to work overnight and overtime.. i even worked for 20 Hours continuosly atleast if it was wfh tho fine but they made me to work from office that day. And I have experienced micro management. Company wise it is very good and benefits aswell but whatever experience im sharing i have experienced it from ground level management. HR team & higher level management seems good but the team I have worked is soooo toxic. They made me work like a slave. It's a great place to work for those who are workaholic and those who prioritise work over family....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
