Here when you have any issue related to your work, people listen patiently. I don't feel overburdened with work here. I am learning everyday. Infact, they value your time and health. They point out mistakes and point out your good qualities in your work too.

Dislikes

It's not about Six red marbles, it is the nature of job that sometimes disturbs. Like you will not get enough questions in some months to meet your monthly target because students don't like studying and posting questions during holidays. So we suffer at that point of time. And it is true, when we were students, we too used to spend holidays in doing fun activities.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high. You have to spend 12-13 hrs although the contract states that its 8 hrs.

Although we were hired as freelancers we were supposed to work on fixed shifts and timings. Pay was extremely poor. But I continued to work for them for the gratitude I felt for giving me an earning opportunity during difficult time. I worked way below the pre-pandemic salary. Working at SRM was an exciting journey each time. Because each time it comes with great incentives and pay scale. I have worked at SRM for 1 year. I achieved the target of best SME, and for this achievement SRM gave me Samsung galaxy active 2 watch. However it was an contest between all SRM SME's.

Their is no dislikes I guess. I never face any kind of issues at SRM, and thanks SRM for that.

The work environment is horrible the senior staff always tries to bully SME. SMEs are the basic unit of this company and are means of production. The production seniors are worst always try to push with using harsh words. Really don't join if you have other options.

1. Job security is terrible. They generally lay off their employees in a single day notice. 2. Your Coordinator may not be from your subject . Many times it gets difficult to make her understand your your queries about the subject. 3. Even if you are the top performer for them there is no guarantee that they will continue with you.
