1. Co-ordination between the upper management is probably one of the biggest issue company is having right now. I hope it will be resolved one day. 2. Salary Hike is very poor. My work was challenging as there was lacking of system driven work culture, In my tenure as Factory Manager tried to implement Job description,GMP, SOP in operations and successfully filled skill gaps in plant by recruiting skilled personals .
