Seniors are good they supports fresher to learn new things.

Dislikes

Good collegues and seniors supports me well. I learned alot from some of good seniors. good growth for fresher level only.bad increment growth. When the increment comes they give date on date and for 3-4 month they do the same.and every year once the increment comes they change the increment cycle.if u r working here as fresher thenu have to forgot about personal life just do your work by the time or by spending your extra time they dont care about you at all....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
