My team lead took credit for my work without acknowledging my contribution. When I tried to close the story without informing her, she complained to the manager. I requested backend credentials to understand the full story, but my team lead denied the request. This forced me to contact the backend team directly, causing delays. Nice company to work for if you want to learn industry-specific skills. I have worked on many projects that are directly tied to what's trending in the market which kept me ahead in the field. The senior management maintains high standard of quality so they are always looking for ways to improve. If you perform well, you can grow fast as well.

Work atmosphere is fast-paced and with this, I got the chance to learn a lot of practical skills on the job. Anyone who can handle the pace comes out with a strongeer skill set and better professional experience. For growth also it hsppens steadily, you need to take more initiative through.

Takes time to adjust to the fast-paced working and as I said you have to be patient.

The work is engaging and makes you feel accomplished. Sometimes it feels like a lot of hard work but that also helps you learn and grow along. I have picked up many new skills so it's been worth it.
