The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

My team lead took credit for my work without acknowledging my contribution. When I tried to close the story without informing her, she complained to the manager. I requested backend credentials to understand the full story, but my team lead denied the request. This forced me to contact the backend team directly, causing delays.
