1. Being an Analytics company, they have to do some analytics before hiring unnecessary cloud. 2. After joining, you will have to pass a Tiger Certification Test (only for Analysts). If you will fail to pass the test, they will fire you. 3. The company will judge you only with Tiger Certification. Their hiring managers are unable tojudge you at the time of hiring (in the interview). 4. Being a service based firm, if you are on bench for some time, they will keep threatened you to fire from the company. 5.
