Opportunity to work on industry relevant projects, seniors are helpful and guide in the right areas. Colleagues are very cooperative

Dislikes

Appraisal process is very much one side. Employee gets to give a subjective description of his/her work where as the ratings are objective ( ordinal ratings). This has an inherent disconnect. More over staff augmentation work vs projects completely owned by the company are rated in the same way which is inherently flawed approach

Tiger Analytics has a truly flexible and open door work culture that fosters collaboration and learning from people at different levels of their careers. Their pay structure is excellent and the leadership is extremely considerate of employees' welfare.

Dislikes

Tiger needs more opportunities for in-house learnings and certifications. They do however reimburse limited certification programs from external vendors.

You will have lot of opportunities to learn and grow and leadership team is supportive. There are good initiatives taken for learning and up skilling

Work life balance is based on the project which you are currently in you might have regular late night calls.

Being a startup and an org which has grown 100% in headcount in last 3years, happy to be part of Tiger Analytics which gives access and experience to all the layers of Data Engineering. Horizontal experience across accounts, helps in learning multiple domains and customer expectations

While the Top leadership brings vision to table, the 3rd level leadership should bring in more innovation and rationale thinking thought leadership to table and drive companies growth strategy

When I first joined Tiger it was a great company with good opportunities and great work culture, however now the work culture is just about being puppets for clients and micro managers.

Dislikes

Everything about the organisation has been degrading since couple of years now. The management has recruited incapable micro managers who are biased towards bootlickers. Just everything about this company is going downhill.

Nothing there to like about the company. Only colleagues are nice.

Highly Partial behavior. People of January cycle are generally getting better and better hikes and people of july cycle are lucky if they get 3% hike. For most of the projects calls continue till 1130 at night regularly. No work life balance at all.

Good work culture, work-life balance and no bossing around.

There are many people doing wfh since pandemic happened and no one cares other than sending emails sometimes. But if someone has a genuine problem and informs authority about it, they try to impose strict restrictions on that person only. This is completely unfair and for the same reason, good talents are looking for alternate options and leaving the org.

All projects would be under the data good. So of you are a data enthusiast then this place could be good place for you, provided you land in a good project.

Dislikes

Hike and appraisal in 2023 last qaurter is very disappointing.
