There isn't much I dislike about working at my company, as I truly enjoy the culture and the work environment. However, If I had to mention one area for improvement, I would be the pace of internal processes. At times, decision-making and approvals can take longer than expected, which can delay certain projects. That said, I understa nd this process are in place to ensure quality and accuracy, and I belive in the company is continuously working to make them more efficient<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
