Overall work environment is very toxic and mental harassment with that touchering is done. Company Culture - The management in Finance/Accounting Department has an licking culture. Favoritism. Work is very manual and systems are decades old. Work which you get is something the US Team detest to work. Promotions are for those in managers good books and not performance based

Its service based wing of TIAA US, so culture is not good or not as captive Management is is purely Indian, so it is a good old Indian mentality company US shift work so be ready to spend nights working if you have US conuterparts
