Company is blessed with skilled resources, the best of company is training for fresher's and their development and also corporate training for experienced employee if is lucky, disappointed with career growth and appraisals, company tries to give as min to the employee below management cadre, Business cannnot be good all the time for any company, same is true for tkIS India, thus Working on contract basis with the company is risky but not a bad idea for a performer.....Read More

Job security is not there in case company fails to perform, Salaries are below average for working level engineers and can't expect corrections from the mgt..

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
