There is no job security for Sub contracts, no chance of career development, no increment, have to work for more that 12 to 13hrs a day

Injustice on salary increment, long working hours, no supporting HOD and Project managers

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
