Management is more liberal with employees as I felt it mislead-ed freshers not to get a seriousness about the job. During Initial days this over liberalization gave the company huge loss. I was disliked about this over freedom for the Team. Management was not much serious about the startup struggles and failed in following strategical plans. Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product development and marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations. Even though the tight work schedule I feel I am getting space to learn.
