Some time i have to work on weakend and holiday also to complete the project for which no compensation provided

My work is challanging as have to execute project in short time and work with goverment officer to complete project with great quality

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
