Worst company, if you are a fresher and want to do technical job do not join this company.here the job is kpo you will be working all day and all you do is copy and paste.the company exploits fresher by signing 3 year Bond and giving night shift worst culture and worst management.

No job security, no job training, if we want to move to different domain they won't give chance even we are talented, only thing is Favarism no proper recognition, if we are good with Tl's and managers then they give us chance, you have to say yes for everything they say then they'll be happy, people who have ability to impress tl's can join here

Quite normal, got no proper recognition, they used to give chance to unworthy people because of favorism, no proper training, if we wish to move to different domain which we like then there is no option, but overall it was entertaining.

Because of huge space we can get tennis play and a ground which can be utilised with permission

Basically workwise it's not worth , I can suggest people not to choose kpo and bpo based companies because here u have to do just for the sake of money , although u won't be getting any hikes gradually so there is no growth and no knowledge as well ,look for core companies where there should be a work u do from start to end that's better, here it's a kind of passon job.
