sorry to say as a professional i am not suppose to say bad things about the place but true have to be mentioned for improvement and to ensure same suffering is not rendered to the new workers . autocratic rule prevail , director ops do not listen to any one , they do not respect the work , donot listen to the advice , do not pay on time and salary structure is very low , do not pay to their general manager for long , even ask them to leave without giving any reason or salary , even do not let take their belongings as well . Place look better from outside only . better owner should sale their place for some professional to run in the betterway ....Read More

non professionalism local staff do not work , rather they do not know how to work if they hire professional , would not let him work properly un professionalism management , they want to run it in house style scare of staff from sanchi, vidisha & ujjain. few good staff are their but they keep on leaving because of rude and useless director ops
