A little expensive product across the group which is getting difficult for the sales team across group companies to convince their respective clients for using this medium. If the management can relook at the pricing strategy would work like a cherry on the cake.

No salary hike and no promotion,even though we have lot of experience in that work they will hire new person from outside who don't have any knowledge about tat subject and the experienced person have to teach them n thy give promotion to the new joining and not the old one.

Dislikes

New top management which is new to industry and doesn't support healthy work culture. Irrational and absurd operators.

Work life balance is much better on organisation level. While this is also dependent on reporting manager. Because have seen people suffering as well. But overall it’s ok.

Appraisal are really low. New SOPs in Response are really tarnishing companies image. The entire industry is struggling due to no proper calculation metrics for ROI.
