About the job
Job Purpose:
- As a Digital Campaign Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the various performance marketing initiatives across multiple business verticals of the organisation.
- These campaigns will be spread across different channels and platforms including Google, Meta, Affiliates, MMPs, DMPs etc.
- Your primary responsibility will be delivering campaign goals, maximizing campaign efficiency, optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving results through data analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver impactful results.
- Leading a team of Performance Marketing Managers, you should be strong with numbers and be detail oriented to drive maximum outputs in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, including but not limited to Google adwords, PMAX, Meta lead gen, Retargeting, display advertising, email marketing, and other digital channels like Programmatic media, Affiliates etc
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvement, targeting, and audience segmentation based on data insights
- Implement optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance and ROI
- Monitor test results and recommend improvements based on data outcomes.
- Set up Conversion Tracking and Goal Measurement
Data Management, Analytics and Reporting:
- Collect, organize, and analyze campaign data to provide clear and actionable insights
- Ability to manage, analyze and discuss data to the business team for trends and business growth
- Develop regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance to management and other team members
- Use analytics tools and platforms to track campaign metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Managing Budgets:
- Assist in managing digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of funds across different campaigns and channels.
- Monitor budget spend and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to optimize performance
Competition Monitoring:
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark campaign performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in digital & performance marketing and campaign performance management.
Job Specification:
- Master's / Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience 14 to 17 years in digital marketing, campaign management, or performance analytics.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Affiliates, Programmatic Platforms, Bing and other biddable and non-biddable platforms, etc.
- Problem solving skills
- Team Leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation and reporting.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality and impactful results.
- Certifications in digital marketing analytics and related fields (optional, but a plus).
- Strong numbers orientation would be required.
- From an education background a Maths, Stats, Engineering bachelor is important for the role
- Ability to manage teams, and drive performance and outputs in tight timelines
- Past exposure to media buying / Planning for large digital campaigns will be a plus
