You will collaborate with the Product Insights team and work with a diverse group of researchers, product managers, software engineers, and company leaders, on high visibility projects with the goal of identifying issues that will continue to improve product performance, customer happiness, and business success.
What You'll Do?
- Partner with Product Insights, Product Managers, and Engineering, to generate user and product performance insights and generate trends over time
- Design, develop and streamline core metrics for Highspot product
- Design, develop, monitor and maintain in Tableau and Amplitude
- Perform statistical analysis, regression modeling, data mining, and visualizations to find actionable business insights with the goal of influencing key strategic projects
- Analyze results from product experiments, including A/B testing
- Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders Your Background
- BS Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or any other relevant fields
- 3+ years of demonstrated success in product analytics and/or data science
- Advanced knowledge of SQL to query and transform complex structured and semi-structured data from Snowflake, Postgres, Mongo etc
- 3+ years of experience using Tableau to build impactful reports and dashboards (Official Tableau Certification a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in Python and related analytics libraries to wrangle, visualize, analyze, and build statistical models (i.e. regression analysis, clustering, classification, anova, recommender systems)
- 1+ year(s) of experience running and analyzing the results of A/B tests
- Expertise in statistical analysis and publishing insights to help evaluate the incremental success of a product throughout its entire life cycle
- Excellent time management, ownership, and attention to detail
- Demonstrable track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and solving impactful business problems
- Combination of deep technical skills and business sense, to interface with all levels and disciplines within an organization and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driven by empathy to support, learn, and contribute to a teams success
- Prior experience working remotely with a team based in the U.S. is preferred
