Product Analyst - FinTech/BFS (2-3 yrs)

Job Description:

We're looking for an Product Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to dive into our data like a pro, sift through it with laser precision, and emerge with golden nuggets of insights. You'll need to be a wizard with Excel, know how to make complex numbers, tell a compelling story, and confidently present your point of view to senior stakeholders. If you love making sense of chaos and finding actionable patterns in data, this job is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Master of Spreadsheets: You'll spend a lot of time in Excel-pivoting tables, analyzing trends, creating macros, and building dashboards that make even the most complex data easy to digest.

- Data Detective: Analyze data sets (financial, operational, customer data, you name it!) to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that will help us make smarter decisions.

- Presentation Pro: Summarize your findings and present them to our senior leadership team, complete with recommendations that are sharp, clear, and actionable. You'll need to be comfortable explaining the numbers and the story behind them in layman's terms.

- Pattern Finder: Spot trends, uncover opportunities, and identify risks in our business model. Your insights will help shape the future of our products and services.

- Report Builder: Design regular reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics, and make sure everyone knows what's working-and what needs work.

- Data Storyteller: Turn raw data into engaging presentations that get people excited (yes, excited) about numbers.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, ideally within fintech, banking, or startups.

- Excel Guru: You live and breathe Excel and can use it to perform magic. Advanced skills (think: VLOOKUPs, macros, pivot tables, conditional formatting) are a must.

- Analytical Mindset: You can dive deep into the data, filter out the noise, and find the signal. You see patterns where others see chaos.

- Storyteller: Strong skills in translating complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights. You know how to communicate with both technical and on-technical teams.

- Presentation Skills: Comfortable building PowerPoints and dashboards that wow your audience. You can present data in a way that's not just informative but persuasive.

- Problem Solver: You're a natural problem solver with a knack for critical thinking. You love using data to answer tough questions.

- Detail-Oriented: Precision is your middle name. You never miss a decimal point or an outlier that others might overlook.

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Skills):

- Experience with Data Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar would be a plus.

- SQL Knowledge: If you can navigate databases and pull your own data, we'll be very impressed.
