Fake promises, Leads not responding to the phone calls, Paid me after 6-7 months, They have paid me only 15% of my pay and the reason for it is due to their data base error.

Work life balance is much better on organisation level. While this is also dependent on reporting manager. Because have seen people suffering as well. But overall it’s ok.

Dislikes

Appraisal are really low. New SOPs in Response are really tarnishing companies image. The entire industry is struggling due to no proper calculation metrics for ROI.
