I had the opportunity to do all kinds of stories as a city reporter. I was supported by my seniors throughout the process.

I was laid off in the middle of a worldwide pandemic without being given any prior notice for that. I was continuously overworked and stressed while working. The office environment was toxic. Along with suffering subtle signs of sexism, there were no ways to maintain a work-life balance while working for TOI. I had to cover the expenses of travelling by myself in an already expensive city with a very meagre amount of salary. I worked as part of the city team and covered railways, fisheries, community, and other events on special occasions. I had to find new story ideas while filing one-two stories every day along with writing Sunday specials and features on occasion.

A little expensive product across the group which is getting difficult for the sales team across group companies to convince their respective clients for using this medium. If the management can relook at the pricing strategy would work like a cherry on the cake.

i was harassed by HOD, Managers, etc. By showing partiality, cast feeling, not recognition, partiality in annual increments and promotions , shouting, not sanction leave when employees required, by force to doing over work with less manpower, etc...
