About the job
Role Description:
- The Brand Manager - Marketing & Events is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- This role involves managing all aspects of brand communication, leading marketing campaigns, and organizing events to create memorable customer experiences.
- The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver impactful results aligned with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels, including digital, print, and in-person engagements.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor positioning, and brand perception.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing content and collateral.
- Manage social media presence and digital marketing initiatives to maximize brand reach.
- Measure campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights.
Event Management:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute corporate events, trade shows, product launches, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop budgets and manage resources efficiently for events and activations.
- Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and public relations, to align efforts.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members or external agencies as required.
- Build strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration.

Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields.
- Proven track record in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
- Experience in managing budgets and delivering results within constraints.
- Prior experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is a plus.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A Master's degree (MBA) in Marketing or a similar specialization is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Event Management, or Brand Strategy are advantageous
