Two things that i like about pride is the work culture which was good, the staffs & senior wer supportive and the company provided sal through the pandemic situation.

Dislikes

There was tremendus pressure of work as if it was a normal day. Which impacted the personal life the tentions and pressure was unbearable. And there was zero job security as they would remove the employees as if they mean nothing to the companyand asked us to sell the mask and sanitization and other non hospitality products in whichwe had zero experience and there was no time given to understand the product. I also enjoyed pride hotel life, the superiors and subordinates within the unit level wer good. I got a multiple hats to wear which gave me the nice experìence in operations as well as in salss.
