Full job security , good opportunity for youngsters to grow fast by passing various exams , good work culture & environment , good salary with various other facilities.

Dislikes

Reservations like other govt. co's where less deserving sometimes grows faster which hurts many who are more deserving .5- 10 minute interview decides the promotion & sometimes the excellent performance of 5 years goes in vain if u miss some questions in interview
