It is a great company with rating as A(excellent) by A.M.Best and I thoroughly enjoyed and learned during my tenure in various cadre.

Dislikes

In the early stage the company promotion system was too slow no green channels, otherwise I could have reached higher cadre than SDM at the time of retirement.
