Pls dnt join this company.. HR is very bad here..he doesnt have any knowledege of payroll and will deduct your amount without any reason., n no management is not good here.. Not even good environment to talk to anyone..they dnt even have manners to tlk to each other....pls dnt join at aurangabad..u will get into depression

I was there as commi... cleaning n maintaining the kitchen area with proper tagging...preparing minc n palce tray...checking n preparing alacarte menue...stacking properly dry food store... Everyday cleaning refrigerator n cleaning n tagging in every 2day

Work culture was so poor there. Senior executive and FOM behaviour was so unprofessional. Specially Mr amandeep singh always using swearing and agressive tone to talk to there juniors female staff and disrespect them. And fom always supports them. Very bad place for female staff. I don't know about all the hotels but in which i am working is a pathetic one. I joined here just because of the name fern hotels and resorts but when i came here and saw the condition of koolwal kothi its pathetic. I am Just waiting for my 6 months to complete and get my experience letter and get away from the koolwal kothi The staaf is not working properly. Chewing tobaccos in the kitchen and As i am the most junior in my kitchen so they are just treating me like a labour and they are not even teaching me some new things.
