work culture is excellent over here. As it's small company seniors and all the employees work as a family so they are always available to help you whenever in need without hesitation. I joined when other companies were firing their employees. Job security is 100 percent till there is no big issue. TBRC try to hold their employees. work culture is awesome nobody interfered with your work until you made a mistake. so you can independently work over here. your time is fixed come do your work, once you are done go home nobody will ask you to do the extra job. Compensation is decent. but growth is slow because it's a small company lots are people in the queue. but they compensate with a good hike instead of a promotion.

Good work culture, employees are very helpful in clarify any quires except 1 or 2 , management is also helpful and friendly.

Not fixed on one work, work allocation changes as per project requirements, need to work in all domains, we need to put some effort to learn new things, bcos no proper training will be provided which we are new to that.

Everything... Basically, People should not be involved in Politics by doing networking with the previous company employees or other people who are nowhere concerned with the job. Every Individual should be given space to work without useless politics. As long as my work doesn't affect people there, they should keep their mouths shut and do not meddle or interfere with my work.. I know my work and I need not hear comments about my personal life from the colleagues.<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
