Worst experience as my first job. There is no proper management and always have worst politics in team. They make their own work policies and doesn't maintain a certain and accurate work policy.

There is no work life balance. They provide wfh but no respect towards work life balance. Always makes their employees work OT but no OT benefits are provided. Everything... Basically, People should not be involved in Politics by doing networking with the previous company employees or other people who are nowhere concerned with the job. Every Individual should be given space to work without useless politics. As long as my work doesn't affect people there, they should keep their mouths shut and do not meddle or interfere with my work.. I know my work and I need not hear comments about my personal life from the colleagues.. I went there with a lot of expectations (as far as Work Culture is concerned) but it's not even 30% of my expectations... Colleagues need not intetfere in my personal life for no reason.. It's a terrible place to work on the whole.. Useless..<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Compensation is good but other benefits are not there</mark>.
