No Increment, the rules are not applicable to every candidates, there is no growth only freshers can take experience less then one year, there is no career in the company, no proper coordination between sirs and employees, they have bonds to work long distance there are not listen to employees, I don't known you will take too much knowledge while working here in the company, if ur target is low they don't allowed to go home they also called to worked on Sunday also, and there too much issues regarding holidays of employees some employees they offer holidays and some employees they not offers you holidays, there is no safety of employees, they will. Offer u long distance jobs while requirement, they're forced you to go and work. There are not listen to employees need's on time. Every company has there rules and regulations and everyone have to follow it but in that company it doesn't matter some employees have strickt rules and othe employees don't, and they don't allowed some employees to worked in other location there's are partiality. And no increment, they don't care of employees. And in that compay don't have any benefits.
