No job security. No growth in this company. HR head is worst human being you can ever meet. He chews tobacco And roam in company. That is so disgusting. Hr head is also illiterate and has no management skills. Hr head is famous for targeting talented employees and harassing , torturing deserving employees. HR head, director threatens employees here. In less than 1 year of being in this company, I have witness many times how hr head has mentally tortured talented employees. Work Details

Team leaders, seniors who has been in this waste company has no guts to stand against harrassment and biased behaviour of hr head, management. Seniors and team leaders of all department in this company are just waste and useless.

Management is not transparent. There are no policies . Salary slips are not given to employees since 8 months. No support provided during Covid. Salary are deducted without any reason without informing . No support is given to employees

False commitment are given during joining. There is no increment structure . Company also has illegal bond of 2 years for software developer . Salary is very less.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
