Demotivating company. Fraud company. Never received Full N Final settlement of 20,000/- Rs since 3 years. Corrupt management

Dislikes

Lot of cheap politics. Management, team leaders are liars. Employees face and suffers harrassment, torture every day.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Came here for interview. programming rounds were taken by someone who did not look like employees. Question were asked in marathi language only. Final HR interview was taken by some fat old guy who was chewing tobacco. There only I understood joining this company would be a mistake.

Dislikes

Very poor infrastructure. Washroom were dirty and stinking.

Dislikes

Internal politics. Owner's Dictatorship. They release anyone whom they don't like in personal OR if anyone deny to do marketing. Treat employees like garbage. Poor facilities. Unhygienic washrooms, lunch place, water filters. Forcefully ask to do marketing. No increment for the employees who genuinely work instead the people who are friendly with Owner & Manager gets hike.
