There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Internal politics. Owner's Dictatorship. They release anyone whom they don't like in personal OR if anyone deny to do marketing. Treat employees like garbage. Poor facilities. Unhygienic washrooms, lunch place, water filters. Forcefully ask to do marketing. No increment for the employees who genuinely work instead the people who are friendly with Owner & Manager gets hike.

Bad experience. Management is not supportive . Director, hr head tortures mentally. Team leaders are not supportive. I was fired during covid without any reason. And even this company did not give me my salary. Worst company to join ever.

Dislikes

This is fraud company. Non performer were protected during covid and always even if they do nothing. Employees who work hard are always harassed here.

Work Details

Director, hr head , team leaders are unqualified and have no knowledgeable only. Give fake KPI rating to their favourite employees who is under performer. Very biased and toxic culture here

No growth opportunities. Very poor Salary. No increment structure. Terrible Management. Management is not supporting . Many employees were fired without any reason during covid. Management can make deduction in salary anytime without even informing employees.

Dislikes

Management makes false salary structure and false commitment during joining. There is no learning tools , no training facility . No transport facility. No canteen . No medical room. No team outings. No good insurance facility. No benefits. Laptop provided are also very outdated and does not work properly. No canteen area to have lunch. No proper sitting arrangements. Even AC does not work.

Work Details

Employees are harrassed and tortured. No rules and regulations followed by seniors. They don't have qualified seniors. No system and no corporate culture . There is 2 years bond for software developer which is not informed during joining.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
