There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Internal politics. Owner's Dictatorship. They release anyone whom they don't like in personal OR if anyone deny to do marketing. Treat employees like garbage. Poor facilities. Unhygienic washrooms, lunch place, water filters. Forcefully ask to do marketing. No increment for the employees who genuinely work instead the people who are friendly with Owner & Manager gets hike.

I would strongly advise against working for this company. The management is the worst I have seen in my career. The Director has created a hostile and toxic work environment, frequently harassing hardworking employees and using inappropriate language, including cuss words. It is incredibly demotivating and unprofessional to work in such an environment. The company also has an unhealthy work culture, with unrealistic expectations and pressure to work excessive hours. Employees are often forced to stay late and are even asked to take on tasks outside of their role, such as marketing work for the IT team. This lack of respect for employees is extremely frustrating. The salary here is so small, that you'll need magnifying glass to see it. Cleanliness is a myth here.., Unhygienic drinking water, Unhygienic Washrooms & even untidy pantry makes worse to eat. Overall, this company fails to value its employees, and the toxic leadership only makes it worse. If you value respect, professionalism, and a healthy work environment, I would recommend to stay jobless rather than working for this company....Read More
