Work life balance is very bad. Director can call you even at 12 am. No professionalism in this company. Very less salary. Never on time and always late. Most employees are hired at 10,000 rs only .even graduates. No growth opportunities, very poor increment , no promotion opportunity.

No job security. If you complaint against any wrong things happening to you, they will torture you more. So many employees were fired because they did not support hr head . Hr head is terrible person,worst human being you can ever meet.
