There is no bond here.You are responsible for your job. You can resign with notice period of 1 month or they will terminate you immediately during your notice period. You can work leisurely and no need to worry about anything. The company policy is something different which I haven't heard from in any other company.

Dislikes

Poor Managerial skills. No proper timing is followed at all branches. There is a delay in each and every aspects of the action being performed. The management doesn't care about employee. Even the one who is responsible to share employee queries to management is very lethargic. No decent salary and no career growth. You won't get any benefits or settlement after you resign your job. No cafeteria

Work Details

I'm struggling everyday to complete the job as I'm the one in my department and branch in charge for onsite and in-house calibration. Report and quotation preparation,customer and payment followup, marketing.There is nothing you can learn from here.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
