Management, PL encashment policies. (They give only basics for PL but every company give gross for leave encashment) Managers plays same games to kick off the employees before the appraisal. Appraisal cycles moved from march to October to save 8 months of incremented money that they had to give. HR takes the feedbacks in exit interview but don’t think at all later on. (i have doubt whether they take it or not) Poor design of codes and they ask you to fix the meaningless bug in very less time. No good features, they have only BUGS. Good politics. The company culture is great. So far, I've worked under two managers who are very supportive of my personal growth goals and focus on the company's growth goals. They are always approachable and provide excellent guidance.

Depending on what team you are working with, the work can be fast or slow-paced. It can be a good thing as well as a bad thing. In my case, I've been here for over a year and have only fixed two bugs, and now working on developing a new feature. It's great that there is no deadline pressure, but sometimes some deadline is helpful.
