Depending on what team you are working with, the work can be fast or slow-paced. It can be a good thing as well as a bad thing. In my case, I've been here for over a year and have only fixed two bugs, and now working on developing a new feature. My teammates is very good they are helpful and you will get leave if you want. Work culture is too good there is no restriction of timing . It's product based company so work load is also balance. About salary increment is quit descent and growth is slow. My manager is very linenet person if she saw you have more work than see will distribute to other. One more thing want to add , if you did something or you developed your idea credit will goes to you they will not take your credit. Unlike other company there are no politics.
