In my experience all the expat managers are only there for themselves and most are not qualified for their role it get the role because they have a blue badge

I would like to work again in Tengiz Chevroil, world biggest project I had worked in multi cultural environment and Line Manager and colleagues are supporting for all Quality related issues, all codes and standards are readily available. Code of ethics and company policies for clearly explained for work culture, how to contact with business partnars.

Dislikes

Fantastic teammates to learn and share job experience and readily available all codes and standards. I had appeared two Quality related course for my carrier growth and great rotation job I had an offer so enough time to spend with my family and friends, work-life balance is fabulous. I had learned lot of welding and painting, rotating and static equipment performance, it was great experience in my carrier growth point of view.
