They are expected you tell them medical urgency before it happens. They usually forget to assign you task and expect from us to complete it on time or before If you stay quiet for 1 day (even if its death of close relative) they expect you to tell them before it happens.pls dont work here.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
