Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Support Engineer Intern to assist in troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining our cPanel environment. This role will provide hands-on experience in managing cPanel operations, addressing technical issues, and supporting end-user needs

Responsibilities:

Monitor the cPanel dashboard and address alerts and notifications.

Troubleshoot issues related to website downtime, email delivery failures, and database errors.

Provide user support for minor issues, such as password resets, file management, or email configuration.

Assist in maintaining uptime by quickly identifying and resolving technical issues.

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Basic understanding of web hosting, server management, and troubleshooting practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with cPanel and support operations.

Knowledge of common website and email issues, such as DNS configurations and email protocols

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
