Very unstable organisation. Every 6 month there is change in structure across organisation. Major chunks get laid off. Will continue to happen in future as well.

1. Nothing is here to like within the team. 2. Partiality happens in the team, the manager of the ITSM team always gives preference to localities first. 3. The ITSM team always has different rules set by the team manager while no rules exist in the company.

My first company which has really good work life balance. Higher management encourages to learn new and latest technologies. Provides Ample opportunities to grow vertically. I would surely recommend my friends to work with Telstra

This is not a place for good talented people. They are just stucked in processes, rather doing something good. No focus on core engineering problem. Probably a fine company for Telecom People, but not for software people.
