HR always lied to their candidate to hire in bulk, they’ll offer you good salary but when you receive your offer letter after 2 weeks of joining salary would be way lesser in the letter & when you dispute about it they’ll say either keep it or leave. No support no salary as works on hold, that's what the excuse was given.
Dislikes
bad attitude of seniors and to much of show off when there's nothing to see, in simple to describe it's like a box of gift well wrapped and inside it's blank.

Work life is just as it's supposed to be in a bpo with no social personal life as the shift timings are odd as work is outsourcing for big shots with no identity for employees.
