Worst company I already worked with Teleperformance, there is no job security and they don't even provide proper feedback they directly remove and they will tell us like they will move to other process but they don't do worst company and so many policies.

Dislikes

No shift allowence, and less break time and full work pressure, no job security, phone s not allowed in work place, after 9 working hours they will take meeting in out time

Working in sales field will surely help you to improve your communication skills but here everything is is about how much sales your generating not how you are treating with customer , No job security at all and it's complete politics

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
