Just only shift timing is good flexible job timing otherwise worst experience in my career TL AM QA all are one team apni marzi se break ni lene dete khana ni khane dete bohot jiyada pressor create karte hai agent par team performance par aht kam karo serve lao even jin call ke answer khud team leader aur senior par ni hote usko bhichate agent handle kare na na bole QA bolta Aram se call lo russing ni ho Aram se baat karo Aram se karo to bolte sleeping tone he energetic ni lag rahe energy dikhao call par bhag rahe ho willingness ni ho ye chate kya he agent khud ni pata hota kuch help ke liye bole to koi QA ko bole koi TL ko bolo koi AM ko bolo to Koi HR ko bolo sunta koi ni sab 1 dusre ko send karte rehte hai most importantly tumhara weak off kab achanak se tapak ayega ya cancel ho jayega pata bhi ni accha log out karwa denghe aadhe se jiyada time login bad week off he log out karo information hee ni he system ni milte time par login karne ko 9 hour ki jobe 10 11 12 hour tak jiyada me puri huyee shift customer ki galiya tak agent handle kare TL AM QA ki sune aht servey thik ni to turant warning letter sign karo wo bhi sirf 9300 monthly me daily ke 80 to 100 call me cafeteria not clean everytime sometimes so much cooling sometimes so much hot in floor and cafeteria many times crm I resolve problem IT raising ticket after half or one hour issue solve and agent started again login headphones issue mouse issue to much issue and itna sab karne ke baad bhi 1sec me agent ko bahar kar dete uski na baat suni jayegi na uski side puchna to door also HR not listen agent this is my Agra teleperfomance experience I'm working in tp more than 4month and I will never do unplanned leave or unplanned half no late login no early logout customer given daily ratings on my call everyday and 0'/, garrenty to secure your jobe...Read More

Senior behaviour not good 1 or 2 person only good in HR but they can't help any issues because they work on different departments

Not so much good if you need jobe and you do not have jobe so it's ok to work otherwise no because no future growth no jobe security
