I was in voice process in kochi, they'll put auto dial and you will not get time to breathe. Chances are big that you'll suffocate and die talking to customers in Teleperformance kochi. The slave minded employees will take whatever the TL throws at them. You will get 2 leaves every month but you can't take it. You have to cross oceans and meet with millions to get that leaves. The worst place to work. Idiots. Never ever think of working here....Read More

Working in teleperformance helped me to build a professional life.

Dislikes

Teleperformance don't have work ergonomics. Sometimes we don't get good chair or system to work. Every time system is complaint. There is not better salary increment. There are so many employee who have more than 5 years of experience and you guys giving very low payment. Another important thing there is no and not at all any kind of appreciation. Appreciation makes an employee do well. Teleperformance is very bad at this. overall experience was terrible for me....Read More

The likes and dislikes depends on the client and business. Worked in domestic outbound process. got to meet some nice people but none of them suffered through the job more than 6 months. Some of them quit after just a week. Makes impossible targets that's not just hard but not achievable at all. One good thing was leaves. They do have some leave poIicy but not very stringent.

Dislikes

Very low salary. No incentives. No training. Have to work till the target is achieved. affected work life balance Again, it depends on the client and the kind of process.
