HR team is good

Nothing seriously. It's more like a chach bhatija type company where people are hired basis relationship. I had managers Working with Ssc pass digree and they were bold enough to Bragg that they have submitted fake have certificate and they new some people who holds good place in management. Technology wise it's baba Adam syatems and tools Poor hygiene in the office.

Exciting as every day new challenge and even had to fight with admin for a chair to sit on and work

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
