It's The worst company that I have ever joined. There is no any job security. They just hire and fire in bulk without prior notice and without valid reason. Please don't believe HR words. They only do fake promises.

From day one, we were kept in the dark that when we were not receiving any work, our job would not be compromised. Then suddenly on a Thursday evening, these guys laid off 60 employees without any prior notice, which is a forced resignation.

Nothing, this company is a scam, do not join because they will put you on Astra Zeneca GBS projects then release you without notice and they will not bother about employees as Astra Zeneca pays huge money to Tek Systems and they keep sending out employees especially if you are going to work as a Contractor for Astra Zeneca, biggest scammers of Chennai. Warning everyomne to stay away.

The whole recruitement process and project is deceiving, they will convince you to work for them then suddenly they will remove you from the client and not give you other roles, I am warning everyone in India to stay away from TEK SYSTEMS, BEWARE, ITS A HUGE SCAM, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING MONEY FROM CLIENTS AND NOT EMPLOYEES.

Poor Appraisals.. Unanimous decisions on pay hikes without discussing with employees.. Lame excuses ..they marked LOP even after a leave is applied.. They Spam personal email ID daily with promotions, login updates..

It's highly not recommended. This company hires employees on a contract basis, and you may not even realize it. Once the contract ends, they will terminate you immediately. They never provide a salary hike. Once you join, they insist you give positive feedback on different job portals to mislead others.

Pro - There nothing to like about company I will not recommend recommend joining this company based on my experience. There is no clear structure in place for future appraisal. After completing the required probation period I was told I would receive appraisal, but the company did not provide any hike. I had to fight with them for six months before getting any any increase or even then the process was extremely frustrating and slow . everywhere You have to constantly ask HR about the status of your appraisal which often results in long delays 4-5 months with little to no communication from the company side. There is no company policy regarding salary hike or job security. While the company has a 30day notice period. If the client project ends, they can release you on the same day without providing any extension or preparation time for finding a new project project, there is no bench period or support to help employee transition to another client. Leaving you without any safety net if a project end abruptly. Worst experience from teksystem.. I would recommend, do not join this company. Even they provide 5 or 10 lakhs more than other company, but your job is not secure here. So please please please do not join the TEK System. Whatever positive reviews provided on the Google reviews or glass door, ambition box, all positive reviews are fake, fooled and they have intentionally force employed to add the revirews at the time of joining....Read More
