Nothing, they need drafting people to work for them , lots of "favorism" no scope of improving your self

There are lots of things to say but I'll finish with just one which is favorism and it is the only thing from which company is not able to grow as fast as they want, you will join the company ASAP if you don't have any job but you will surely going to regret your decision before you complete your 2 months
