Most people who worked here are underpaid with least or no promotions, talking about work culture those employees who staying here from long time does not have designation and responsibilities, Management or director is least bothered about it. Poor management, not a organization to work for any freshers. Work-life balance is Below standard as you wont be able to stay in one place and you are expected to work on sunday, day-night shift,. Worst work culture and high unethical behavior, they are happy to screw the employee career even its their fault. There is no talk about innovation as company works were either copied projects or old technologies and this company uses all pirated software and buys old used systems for their business . This is bad organization for any freshers to make carries. Also ,there is no training for freshers and work life balance is hideous and i would never recommend this company for anyone.
